House visit ON DEMAND!

Property management
In need of a maintenance team or renovation company? We are able to schedule and overlook all the work, choosing for you reliable and affordable local firms from housekeeping, gardening, pool maintenance, plumbers, electricians and house renovations!
We offer genuine help from our side to schedule needed work in your house, contacting local quality firms and making arrangements for you! We make sure in real time that all contractors are doing their job into OUR HIGH STANDARD, while constantly providing you with updates.
Our fee in this case is dependable from the scale of your project, including time spent scheduling appointments and supervising the work for you (starting markup 10%).
House sitting
This idea is a well known "house sitting, pet sitting", where we offer you our time and undivided attention to detail when taking care of your house for certain period of time.
By being present in your home, we assure safety usage and respect of your property systems (alarms, heating, AC, electricity, etc), we give company to your pets and water your plants!
Daily rate: 40euro/ 24h overnight, or task based rate: starting 10euro/hour*
Week: 200euro/ 7 days [2 days discount!] + house cleaning FREE!
